Additional Fees

Users are responsible for internet connection fees, communication charges, currency conversion fees, card issuer fees, and any other fees charged by third parties. Taxes may apply depending on the user’s country or region.

Payment Method

Credit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, GoPay, QRIS, or another method displayed by Stripe or Midtrans on the purchase page.

Payment Timing

Payment is charged at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically on each renewal date until canceled. A prepaid pass is charged once and does not renew automatically.

Service Availability

Plus features are usually available immediately after payment confirmation.

Cancellation

Users may cancel a subscription at any time from the Account page or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, Plus remains available until the end of the paid billing period. A prepaid pass does not renew, so no cancellation is required; it expires on the date shown in the account.

Refunds / Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or where we determine otherwise.

支払方法

支払時期

購入時に決済されます。サブスクリプションは解約されるまで各更新日に自動決済されます。期間パスは1回のみ決済され、自動更新されません。

サービス提供時期

決済確認後、通常すぐにPlus機能を利用できます。

解約について

ユーザーはアカウントページまたはStripe Customer Portalからいつでもサブスクリプションを解約できます。解約後も、既に支払い済みの期間が終了するまでPlus機能を利用できます。期間パスは自動更新されないため解約手続きは不要で、アカウントに表示される期限に終了します。

返品・キャンセル・返金について

デジタルサービスの性質上、購入後の返金は原則として行いません。ただし、法令上必要な場合、または当方が必要と判断した場合を除きます。
