Rules for using JAPAN Daily Reader, including subscriptions, cancellation, content use, and contact information.

1. Service
Japan Daily Reader is a digital learning service for Japanese language learners. It provides original Japanese reading articles, reading tools, saved vocabulary, and light review features.
2. Accounts
You may read some content without an account. Synced saved words, paid plans, subscription management, and some account features require sign-in with Google or a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account and email secure.
3. Paid plans
Plus is available as a monthly or annual subscription and, where displayed, as a non-renewing 30-day or 365-day prepaid pass. Subscriptions renew until canceled and can be canceled from the Account page or Stripe Customer Portal. A prepaid pass does not renew automatically and remains available until its stated expiry. Plus access begins only after the payment provider confirms successful payment. If another prepaid pass is purchased while one is active, the new period is added after the current prepaid period.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or where we determine otherwise.
5. Learning outcomes
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, improvement in Japanese proficiency, or success in any exam, including JLPT.
6. Content use
Articles, vocabulary explanations, quizzes, images, and other learning materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, scraped, or used to build another dataset or service without permission. See the Content & Source Policy.
7. Service changes
We may change, pause, add, or remove features to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or maintain security and reliability.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in a user’s location apply. Contact: japantrip.service@gmail.com.

1. サービス内容
Japan Daily Readerは、日本語学習者向けのデジタル教材サービスです。オリジナルの日本語記事、読解補助ツール、単語保存、簡単な復習機能を提供します。
2. アカウント
一部のコンテンツはアカウントなしで利用できます。保存単語の同期、有料プラン、サブスクリプション管理、一部のアカウント機能には、Googleまたはメールで届く1回限りのリンクによるログインが必要です。ユーザーはログインに使用するアカウントとメールを適切に管理する責任を負います。
3. 有料プラン
Plusには、月額・年額のサブスクリプションと、表示される地域では自動更新されない30日・365日の期間パスがあります。サブスクリプションは解約されるまで自動更新され、アカウントページまたはStripe Customer Portalから解約できます。期間パスは自動更新されず、表示された期限まで利用できます。Plusの利用権は、決済事業者が支払い成功を確認した後に付与されます。有効な期間パスがある状態で追加購入した場合、新しい利用期間は現在の期間パス終了後に加算されます。
4. 返金
デジタルサービスの性質上、購入後の返金は原則として行いません。ただし、法令上必要な場合、または当方が必要と判断した場合を除きます。
5. 学習効果
本サービスは、学習効果、日本語能力の向上、JLPT等の試験合格を保証するものではありません。
6. コンテンツの利用
記事、単語説明、クイズ、画像その他の教材コンテンツについて、無断転載、再配布、販売、スクレイピング、他のデータセットやサービス構築への利用を禁止します。詳細は Content Policyをご確認ください。
7. サービス変更
当方は、サービス改善、ユーザー保護、法令対応、セキュリティおよび安定運用のため、機能の変更、追加、停止、削除を行う場合があります。
8. 準拠法・問い合わせ
本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、ユーザー所在地の強行法規が適用される場合を除きます。お問い合わせ先: japantrip.service@gmail.com。
