麦茶は、冷ましてからふたを閉める

家いえで麦茶むぎちゃを作ったつくったあと、ボトルに入れていれて冷蔵庫れいぞうこへ入れるいれることがあります。早くはやくしまいたいので、入れたらすぐふたを閉めたくなります。でも、まだ熱いあついうちは、少しすこしだけ開けたままにする人ひともいます。

After making barley tea at home, people sometimes pour it into a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. Because they want to store it quickly, they may want to close the lid right away. But some people leave it slightly open for a short time while it is still hot.

熱いあついまま閉めると、ボトルの口くちの近くちかくに湯気ゆげが集まって、水みずが多くおおく付きやすくなります。あとで開けた時ときに、ふたのまわりからたれたり、手がすべったりすることもあります。少しすこし待つまつだけなら、むずかしいことではありません。

If they close it while it is still hot, steam gathers near the bottle mouth and extra water sticks there more easily. When they open it later, the water may drip from around the lid or make the hand slip. Waiting a little is not a difficult thing to do.

だから、麦茶むぎちゃを入れたら、すぐ強くつよく閉めずに少しすこしだけ時間じかんをおきます。ボトルの口くちの熱さが少しすこし落ちたら、それで十分です。冷蔵庫れいぞうこへ入れるいれる前まえに、まず口くちの近くちかくにまだ湯気ゆげがあるかを見てみて、それからふたを閉めます。

That is why some people do not tighten the lid right after pouring the tea. When the heat around the bottle mouth drops a little, that is enough. Before putting it in the refrigerator, they first look to see whether steam is still near the opening.
